The townhouses of Bucknell generally come in two models. One model has 2 bedrooms with a basement (most usually finished). The other model has a spacious attic (often finished) and may or may not have a basement. Many of these duplexes have had major renovations in recent years. Some have had additions.

Bucknell Cape Cods typically have 2 dormers. The dormers were built in two styles, one larger and one smaller. The large dormer can be left or right, both sides or neither side, but you'll often recognize a Bucknell home by the dormers.
